Building a fully-fledged physical-chemical water treatment plant with a minimal footprint. Novotec took up this challenge and delivered a super compact unit. The installation consists of a stirring flocculator on a platform, mounted above a flotation with plate package. The flotation sludge is immediately dewatered via an attached Squeez-R unit. Equipped with the necessary dosing, measuring and control technology, remote monitoring and with a processing flow of 4 m³ / h, the customer now produces his products with confidence, knowing that the waste water high in pigment and fibrous materials, is purified to quality for discharge into the sewage system, without any problems.
