Function

Novotec distributes Flocmix inline mixers in the Benelux. The units are used in physical chemical treatment systems, placed directly into the process piping and eliminating the need for further mixing units such as pipe- or stirring flocculators.

The inline mixer consists of a small impeller with hollow shaft. The chemical agent is injected directly in the hollow shaft. The impeller features several exit points where the chemical is injected in the water flow. The rotating impeller creates the needed turbulence to achieve ideal mixing conditions.

Using an inline mixer increases control over the mixing process, while it reduces the chemical consumption as an optimal mixing condition is achieved.
