Following a successful test with our rental lamella separator, Novotec delivered an NLS CC 10-0,5 lamella separator to a Belgian brewery.
The unit will be used as a protective measure on the effluent of an anaerobic treatment system. The separator will separate any bio sludge flowing out of the bio reactor, due to sudden influent flow changes.
Constructed in stainless steel and fitted with a stainless steel lamella package, the unit is able to treat up to 10 m³/h at a settling rate of 0,5 m/h.
Featuring a sludge tank and pneumatic bottom sludge valves, the unit operates fully automatic.
The lamella separator will guarantee our client a worry free biological treatment process and improved effluent quality.
